**1 Establish a Routine: Make it a habit to fill out your habit tracker at the same time each day, highly recommended before bed. Consistency will help you track your mood more accurately and identify trends over time.
**2 Grateful For: Take a few moments to reflect on your day and identify things you're grateful for. They can be big or small, simple or profound. Consider moments of joy, kindness from others, personal achievements, or even the beauty of nature.
**3 Habits Tracker: Determine which habits you want to track. Start with a few key habits that you want to focus on.
**4 Monthly Mood Tracker: Choose Your Colors, Assign colors to each emotion on your mood scale. Color Each Day: At the end of each day, take a few moments to reflect on how you're feeling and choose the corresponding color to fill in the space for that day on your coloring mood tracker.
